Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 June 2026
1. The Service
AgriDocker provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for agricultural spreading contractors, including job ticketing, driver management, compliance record-keeping, timesheets, invoicing, and field mapping (the “Service”).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice, except where required by law or where immediate action is necessary for security or legal compliance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at hello@agridocker.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You must be 18 or older to use AgriDocker. The Service is intended for business use in the United Kingdom.
3. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial period, you will need to enter payment details to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be suspended and your data retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export your records.
We reserve the right to limit trial accounts in cases of suspected abuse.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is: £15/month base fee (includes the first user seat), plus a volume rate for additional seats: £8/seat for users 2–10, £7/seat for users 11–20, £6/seat for users 21–30, and £5/seat for users 31 and above.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the prevailing UK rate where applicable and shown separately on your invoice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry over the following 7 days. If payment is not resolved, your account will be suspended until payment is received.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
On cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. During this period you can reactivate your account or export your compliance records. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Submit false or misleading compliance records through the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions without notice.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you input into AgriDocker, including compliance records, driver information, farm and field data, and job records.
You grant AgriDocker a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable spreading regulations (including NVZ legislation, FACTS, and any RPA requirements). AgriDocker provides tools to help you record compliance — it does not constitute regulatory or agronomic advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that drivers and other users added to your account have been informed of and consented to the data processed about them through the platform.
8. Intellectual property
AgriDocker and all associated software, designs, logos, and content are the property of AgriDocker Ltd and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform beyond the right to use the Service as described.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use that feedback without any obligation to you.
9. Availability and uptime
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance with advance notice where possible. Planned maintenance will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, delays, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgriDocker's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or regulatory penalties — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AgriDocker Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@agridocker.co.uk to resolve the matter informally.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
